Food Waste Solutions Meet & Greet

Join us for a fun and safe low-key gathering at Bottle Riot in Asheville’s River Arts District on Thursday, Dec 2 to meet some of your fellow food waste warriors! Whether you’re new to the group, a seasoned veteran, or just curious about ways you can reduce food waste in the home, we’d love to see you there!

It’ll be full of fun food waste banter, laughs, and a very cool food waste cooking demo by the one and only Ashley English. She’ll show you how to create delicious eats from the food scraps most of us normally throw away – shh… we might eat all of the potato skin crisps before you get there, so be sure to get there on time! There will be time for Q&A as well!

This event is FREE and will be held in a covered, outdoor area with lots of heaters. EVERYONE is invited. We only ask that you support the venue which is easy as they have an amazing selection of wine and other libations! We’ll also be raffling a few prizes including a bottle of wine from Bottle Riot, a cookbook by Cathy Cleary and a book by Ashley English.
