Solutions Summit was held in October 2017, and was a \u201ccome one, come all\u201d invitation to anyone interested in the problem of food waste in WNC. From individuals and food-focused community organizations, to municipalities, businesses, and educational institutions, the Summit asked participants to identify their place on the\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/sustainable-management-food\/food-recovery-hierarchy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Food Recovery Hierarchy<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0to connect and share ideas on issues of food waste personal to them.
